Dear Parish Family,
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Pastor, Father John Phillips. Father John died in the rectory sometime between late Saturday night and early Sunday morning. He is survived by his two younger siblings and their families. Of course, please keep the reposed soul of Father John, his family and friends, staff and your brother and sister parishioners of Holy Faith in your prayers. Fr. John was a good pastor and a good friend of many.
Bishop Felipe has met with his family and his brother priests are assisting Fr. Clyde with the duties to maintain care of the parish. Fr. Emmanuel, who has been on vacation in India, will be returning as soon as arrangements can be made.
There will be a Vigil on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 7:00pm in the Church. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 11:00am with a reception following. The burial will be in St. Augustine.
Fr. John was truly a man of God and a leader who led with unfailing honor and love. The impact he made at Holy Faith will never be forgotten.

As of now, all activities previously scheduled in our parish will remain scheduled if they don't interfere with the arrangements. We are canceling the "All Hallows Children's Carnival and will reschedule in the Spring.
