Dear GSGC Supporter
As we move further into the year, we continue to see something quietly powerful unfolding across the GSGC network.
This work has always been about more than programmes or outputs. It is about people, relationships, and the steady, often unseen shifts that happen when young people are supported to grow into themselves — with guidance, consistency and care around them.
In this edition, we share a glimpse of what that looks like in practice. From our recent Connection Circle conversations, to reflections from mentors on the ground, to moments of growth across our clubs, this newsletter brings together voices and stories that remind us why this work matters.
You will also find a link to the latest iThuba Alumni Club newsletter, which offers a deeper look into the journey of young people as they move beyond the clubs and begin stepping into the world with confidence, skills and purpose. It is a powerful reflection of what long-term investment in mentorship can make possible — from building practical life skills to opening pathways into education, careers and leadership .
As always, thank you for being part of this community. Your support makes it possible for this work to continue — steadily, relationally, and over time.
