A Message from our Coordinator of
Academic Support
|
Dear Saint Francis Parents and Guardians,
Saint Francis would like to announce some exciting news! We will be attending Catholic Heart Workcamp from July 23-29, where we will serve the people of Greensboro, NC. This is our 2nd annual mission trip. Catholic Heart Workcamp is an organization that focuses on SERVICE, CONNECTION, and LOVING OTHERS. This mission trip will help our students to be rooted in their faith while making a difference by helping others through organized service projects. Our students are excited to put their faith into action and serve others through the mission of Christ.
Saint Francis would also like to announce our first Steubenville Conference as a school! We will be taking 40 teens and 5 adults to Atlanta, GA from July 7-9, where they will have the opportunity to grow deeper in their faith through experiences of prayer and fellowship. Many National speakers will be reaching out to our teens while discussing the topic of Gods love and the endless possibilities of how we can elevate our faith. Steubenville is a conference that strives to lead teens closer to Christ.
I invite you to pray for our students and chaperones that will be experiencing and serving God together this summer as we begin our planning and preparations. Our wolf pack appreciates your support and looks forward to sharing our experiences with you!
Blessings,
Lisa Garcia
