RG3's Reminders

RG3 was one of the most impressive performers over the weekend.  In his first game, in a hostile environment, RG3 showed a calm and collective demeanor as he led his team to a surprising win.  RG3 relies heavily on his work ethic to develop an inner arrogance and has constantly worn meaningful statements on his equipment as he has transitioned to the NFL.  Last week he wrote "Heart" on his practice jersey.  In the past he's written "seize the moment" on his cleats.  And before that he became famous for his "no pressure, no diamonds" shirt, which he wore during the NFL draft process.

How will you remind yourself to stick to your game-plan?  How can you help yourself in high pressure situations?  What do you hang your hat on?  Sometimes all we need is a reminder.

Motivational Speaking

As players begin to move to their college programs, some for the first time. I can't help but recognize what a great opportunity it is for guys; while starting a journey they have never started before; why not start developing the leader in you like you have never done before!

Become an ENLARGER, make the teammates, coaches and staff around you more successful than they were before they met you!

1. Be an ENLARGER by valuing  everyone on your team: people's performances will elevate when they know you believe in them.
2.Be an ENLARGER  by knowing what  those on your team value: listen to what they talk about learn what they spend their money on having desire to be knowledgeable and things that relate them... Connect with them.
3.Be an ENLARGER by adding value to everyone on your team: find ways to help others improve on their abilities and attitudes. Seek out there gifts, talents and uniqueness and then help them to increase those abilities.
4.Be an ENLARGER by  making yourself more valuable: this is key not only because you benefit personally but because it helps you help others. If you want to increase the ability of the teammate, make yourself better.

How do your teammates see you? Are you an ENLARGER? Do you make them better than they are alone through your inspiration and contribution? Do you know what your teammates value?

Make this new start... a better start;  become an ENLARGER today!
