WOLFHOUND WEDNESDAY
August 28, 2019
At our opening school Mass, Monsignor Hendricks discussed our 2019-2020 School theme:
We are the NOW of God: Using Our Strengths to Live as Disciples
The O'Reilly Minute
Dear Parents,

Our first week of school was a great success! The students had a great time meeting their new teachers, greeting old friends and getting back into the routine. We ended the week with Mass establishing our theme for the 2019 - 20 school:   We are the NOW of God: Using Our Strengths to Live as Disciples. The students also enjoyed a popsicle treat sponsored by our Annual Fund.

I look forward to seeing everyone at curriculum night - please check the calendar for the schedule for your children’s grade levels. (Our school calendar is always available on our website here:

Blessings,
Kathy O'Reilly

Diocesan Email & Text Scam Continues
There have been many attempts to use the good names of our bishops, priests, deacons, religious, teachers and others to falsely solicit unsuspecting persons for help, usually in the form of fake e-mails and fake text messages asking people to purchase gift cards for worthy causes.

The most recent scam is rather important because it involves using the names of the Holy Family Soup Kitchen, the Holy Family Food Pantry, and other charitable activities associated with our parish and diocese.

If you receive an email or text message soliciting gift cards (or saying “I need your help”) and claiming to be from a member of the clergy or our parish staff or even parishioners, please do not respond. Just notify our parish office of the message.

Thank you!
Marian Dinner
