Dear Parents,
Tomorrow is Wellness Wednesday and we are going to begin a several week series with our students on Digital Wellness. We would also like to include parents in this learning opportunity by providing resources for parents. Please see the article below for more details.
A few days ago I received an email from Rachel Muha on behalf of the Run the Race Club. Rachel runs a program for inner-city youth in need of a safe place to go after school and on weekends. More:
https://www.brianmuhafoundation.org/
The Club provides meals, spirtual, emotional and academic support. Rachel's email explained that for the first time ever in 13 years her cupboards were empty. As a school community we would like to help Rachel quickly fill her shelves. If you are able to help out, please send a donation to school this week on Thursday or Friday. Please see story below for more detals.
I look forward to seeing many of you this Saturday evening at the SPiCE Corks For A Cause wine tasting. If you are unable to attend you are still able to bid on auction items to make a donation to our amazing SPiCE program! Please see details below.
Blessings,

A St. Brigid Wellness Activity for Families
Hilliard City Schools are currently finishing up Digital Wellness Month. Each week had a different theme: Wellness, Citizenship, Etiquette, and Safety.
The St. Brigid Wellness Committee suggests that families complete one of the theme activities over each of the next four weeks. The webpage provides numerous resources to help parents with the challenges related to social media.
For week 1, complete an activity under the theme of "Wellness" found at the bottom of the page. Activities are divided by elementary and secondary levels. Click the link here.
