The O'Reilly Minute
Dear Parents,
We look forward to welcoming prospective preschool and kindergarten families for the 25-26 school year at our School Open House this Thursday, November 14. This will be a great time for interested families to tour our school and ask questions in advance of the new family application opening on Friday, November 15 at 9 AM. The on-time deadline for new families to apply is Friday, January 24, 2025 at midnight.
We will again use FACTS for re-enrollment, which will take place January 10-17, 2025 for our current families and will include the latchkey application. Please note there is a $10 re-enrollment fee per child.
If you have a new student applying to the school, please complete the new student application, which opens on our website on Friday, November 15th. If you have a currently enrolled St. Brigid preschool student wishing to move on to Kindergarten, you will fill out a re-enrollment packet beginning January 10th. Completing this re-enrollment packet for Kindergarten will place you in the general queue for review/acceptance along with all other Kindergarten applicants. As a reminder, you will be notified via email of acceptance/wait list status beginning or shortly after Friday, January 31, 2025.
You will receive more details about all of this information in the new year.
Autumn Blessings,

The weather did not deter the festivities on October 31st when hundreds of students enjoyed a day celebrating the Fall Harvest. There were costumes, parades, snacks, games, and activities. Your child enjoyed this event because of the generosity of fellow parents like you supporting the Annual Fund. This is just one of the many events the Home and School Committee plans throughout the year to enrich your child’s experience at St. Brigid of Kildare School. Please consider joining the over 200 families that have given to the Annual Fund to benefit our children.
