Principal's Message

Hello Wolfpack!

I hope this message finds you filled with the happiness the comes from spending time with those you love. Cherish the simple times with family. Spend a few extra minutes with a friend. Take time to be kind to the staff at the grocery store. Each of us has the opportunity to be the positive moment in someone's day.

The strength of the wolf is in the pack.

Celebrating Our Students

Kernal Connections!

When rising helium prices forced us to close the balloon shop, our amazing students in Mr. Schaefer's class saw it as an opportunity to try something new! Kernal Connections is the new pop-up popcorn shop available for staff and students on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every week at North Central! It is quickly becoming a fan favorite of everyone at NC!

NCHS Debate

On the 17th and 18th of November, 12 student from North Central High School Competed at Lewis and Clark High School's Welcome to the Jungle Invitational. While there, Freshman Luisa Graham placed 2nd in Varsity Congressional Debate; Callie Carr placed 2nd in Novice Congressional Debate; Carly Nicholson placed 1st in Novice Congressional Debate; Carly Nicholson placed 2nd in Novice Extemporaneous Speaking; and Emelia Canfield placed 2nd in Varsity POI. North Central's Speech and Debate Team would like to provide additional thanks to Jeff and Aja Engels of Europa Bakery for providing meals for our students!

ELA Boggle Tournament

Boggle is a word game that encourages players to make as many words as they can from a random assortment of letters in three minutes. Creativity and quick-thinking are rewarded in this competitive game.

ELA classes from IST through to Seniors competed against each other in a round robin boggle tournament. This has the potential to become an annual thanksgiving event!
