Dear Prince Families:

As we begin to close out the school year, we are looking forward to Fine Arts Honors Night, Lower School Honors Day, Middle School Honors Day, the Lower School Talent Show, Kindergarten Graduation, High School Graduation, and multiple athletic events.

Amidst today’s ever-changing world, we continue to work hard to teach our students the importance of remaining anchored in the truth of God’s word while also promoting a strong sense of patriotism and love for our country. We are committed to having a strong close to our school year. Onward!

• STEP 1: DECAL STICKER Keep your window decal sticker on your vehicle(s); we’ll re-use these next school year.

• STEP 2: VISOR HANG-TAGS Turn in ALL of your visor hang-tags during the last week of school. If you utilize the afternoon carline, we’ll begin collecting these at the pick-up cones starting on Tuesday, May 13th.

• STEP 3: COMPLETE CARLINE SURVEY  All Lower School families (except 5th graders moving to 6th grade): Complete this short survey to request your afternoon carline tags for next school year.  We’d like one response from each family so we can plan appropriately for your needs in the fall.

Auditions for the middle school production of Descendants 

will be held for rising 6th - 8th graders on

Thursday, May 8th,

Friday, May 9th,

and Monday, May 12th

from 3:30 - 5:30 pm in Room 222

Performance dates will be October 9th and 10th.

No previous audition experience is necessary, and students do not need to prepare anything for the auditions.

3:45 - 5:45 pm in the Wolverine Gymnasium

A mandatory meeting will be held on Thursday, May 8^th 

at 6:00 pm in the Wolverine Cafeteria for all players and parents. 

Players should have an updated physical

in PRIVIT before tryouts begin.

The normal incidental invoice & payment date schedule will be adjusted for May and June to accommodate the end of our school year. 

Families with Seniors: 

• Final incidental invoice will be emailed May 5^th with a payment due date of Thursday, May 15th. 
• If you utilize the auto-pay feature, your payment will be processed on May 15^th.
• All tuition, fees, and incidentals for seniors must be paid in full before Graduation on May 17^th.

Pre-K – 11^th Grades: 

• Regular incidental invoice will be emailed May 5th (for charges incurred April 6^th – May 5^th) with a payment due date of June 1^st.
• A final invoice will be emailed May 29th (for charges May 6th – May 16th) with a payment due date of June 10th.
• School personnel will make every effort to have incidental charges applied to your FACTS account using this schedule, however, if extenuating circumstances exist, you may receive an additional invoice.

Report cards and testing scores will be released after June 15^th when a family’s 2024-2025 FACTS account is paid in full.

Have extra uniforms but not interested in consigning?

• Donate your gently used items to the sale!

• Donations can be dropped off at the donation bins located in the front hallway.

Have items that are too damaged to sell?

• Drop damaged items off in our donation bin in the front hallway, and we will take care of it!
