Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons
who need no repentance.

Chaplain's Corner
PACS Families,

We hope you’ve had a great weekend! Here’s a glimpse back at what took place in Chapel this past Wednesday…

Pastor David Joiner continued in the “Finish Well” series with our lower school students. Teaching from Luke 15 on Jesus’s parable of the Lost Son, Pastor David talked about what we need to do when we sin.

Consider the following questions to help open up spiritual conversations with your Lower School student(s):

  • “Why is it important to realize that we all have sinned?”

  • “What are some ways that we can turn around and go back to God when we do sin?”

  • “Even though surrendering to God and to His will is not the easy way, why is it the best way?”

During our middle/high school chapel time this week, we had the opportunity to recognize and thank many of our community partners who serve us in so many different ways. A huge CONGRATULATIONS goes out to all of our scholarship recipients and a massive THANK YOU goes out to all that make these scholarships available to our students and families…you really are an enormous blessing to us and such a vital part of what makes PACS such a special place!
