Whoever pursues righteousness and kindness
will find life, righteousness, and honor.

PACS Families,

Happy Thanksgiving Break to you all! Our chapel time this past week was a continual reminder of our excitement over all that God is doing in and through our student body.

Whether your lower school student continued to prepare to show their appreciation for their grandparents, your middle school student continued to learn about the importance and impact of kindness, or your high school student learned about God’s creativity and revelation of Himself through His created distinctiveness between males and females, we have no doubt that your student is not only learning more about God but also more about how to specifically show the love of God to others.

In your homes, around your tables, and in your traveling, consider the following questions to continue the conversations in your family that have begun in our chapels…

  • What are some specific ways that your grandparents have helped you? In what ways are you thankful for your grandparents?

  • As a follower of Jesus, why is showing kindness important? Why is showing kindness to others sometimes difficult? What can you do to help overcome those difficulties?

  • How are God’s rules and boundaries for us there for our own good? Why is it important for us to see one another as brothers and sisters in Christ? If both men and women are created in the image of God, what does that tell you about God?

Please let us know if there are any additional ways that we may be able to serve you and serve alongside you!
