Women Take the Lead is a group designed to help female leaders in the nonprofit sector by providing peer networking, business development, education, and mentoring.
Exceptional female leaders are intentional in their approach, consistently making conscious choices to drive positive change. The "Women in Leadership" workshop will be led by Jessica Smith, LMFT
Deputy Chief of Business Development of The Connection who will explore emotional intelligence, work-life balance, effective communication, advocacy, idea generation, and transformative leadership.
Attendees will be offered new, invigorating ideas to navigate challenges, lead with confidence, and drive organizational change.
We'll also include holiday cheer with a special raffle, food and beverage!
