February WIB Committee Meeting Spotlight

The WIB Program is leveraging Paradigm Marketing and Designs' Table for Four virtual lunchtime events each Monday from 12 to 1 p.m. Grab your lunch and hop on a Zoom group, each with 4 guests. We’ll chat, connect and keep our positivity flowing!
Paradigm will ensure that there are exclusive WIB “tables” at each event. To register for a WIB table, be sure to select a “Women In Business Member” ticket upon registration.
You can reserve your seat for one day, two days, or as many as you want! Expect instructions and the names of your tablemates the business day before the event.
Please note: Reservations close on the previous Thursday at noon for Monday events, and Monday at noon for Wednesday events so Paradigm has time to set up the tables

TRADITIONAL IRISH SODA BREAD
INGREDIENTS 4 Servings
Directions:
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush a baking sheet with melted butter or spray with non-stick spray.
- Combine dry ingredients in a deep bowl. Gradually stir in 1 cup buttermilk, beating constantly, until dough is firm enough to be gathered into a ball. If dough crumbles, add up to 1/2 cup more buttermilk, 1 tbsp at a time, until it holds together.
- Place on a lightly floured board and pat into an 8-inch flattened round loaf.
- Place loaf on baking sheet and slash a 1/2-inch deep "X" into the top of the dough with a small, sharp knife.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for about 45 minutes, or until the top is golden.
- Serve hot.

Go Blue for CASA
Friday, April 8th
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Morris and Sussex Counties provides best interest advocacy for children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment. They are holding their annual Go Blue for CASA event on Friday, April 8 th. Companies in the area allow their employees to wear jeans for a $5 donation to CASA. It’s a great way to build morale and support a good cause. Will provide posters and other promotional materials.
