ISPE Women in Pharma:

ISPE Women in Pharma® (WIP) provides women in the pharmaceutical industry a forum for connecting and collaborating on technical and career advancement topics. Women in Pharma's inclusive community leverages a network of mentors, role models, and resources across all levels to foster balanced professional success.

Mentorship Program:

The ISPE Singapore Affiliate is introducing this mentorship program to provide our young professionals (YPs) and graduating students the opportunity to interact and learn from senior members of the society.
By completing the surveys we hope to find ideal matches between mentor and mentee and establish relationships that will leave a lasting impression.

Objective:

With this program we hope to bring the industry closer to the students/YPs and help mentees to find their ideal career path, to progress and stay motivated.
Time Frame:

25 May 2020: Deadline to submit the survey responses

27 May 2020: Online mentoring introduction session with tips and tricks and expert advice.

8 Jun 2020: ISPE Singapore will announce matches between mentors and mentees, based on their survey responses.

June - Dec 2020: Depending on your preference indicated in the survey, mentors and mentees meet weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or at least quarterly.

Duration:  6 months with option to extend after initial period

We will touch base with mentors and mentees in between to hear about their progress and give advice and guidance where needed. There will be a tool kit provided to help participants start off.
Mentors:

*  Have a passion for mentoring and coaching younger professionals

Mentee requirements:
* YPs: Up to 4 years working experience in the industry
* Students: Final Year before graduation
* Eager to learn from senior industry players
* Shortlisted mentees will be contacted by our YP committee prior to confirmation
