Greetings !

Thank you for allowing me to step in as 2023 President of the Phoenix Network. Change creates opportunity, always. As with any challenge we have all had to pivot and adjust. Is it easy, no, can we all learn from this, yes. As you continue to grow, remember: You are taking one big step by being here, learning, sharing, and adapting. Be the leader someone saw in you. You are moving to greater responsibilities, in your business, your brokerage, your community and Women’s Council.

Think about how lucky we are, as REALTORS®, and in the Women's Council we have the opportunity to touch so many lives. As leaders we can touch, grow and effect change through leadership by being better leaders! Through Education, Knowledge, and Technology, by being present and being Professional. We can also be an Influencer. Become an Influencer, grab someone by the hand and tell them, come along, let me show you the way! Have a mentor, you can’t do it alone, we don’t always need to compete, but we can complete each other. As one of my mentors has told me on many occasions: To map out your destiny, figure out your role, and then pick a lane, stay in your lane and you will succeed.

John Quincy Adams said: “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a Leader.”
