CELEBRATING WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH

March is Women's History Month and we are celebrating the vital role of women in history with our events, book and media collections, and more.

Do you want to lift up your girls and boys with a career day featuring successful female leaders from our community? Come to our Career Day: Women at Work event at Redwood Shores Branch Library on Sunday, March 10 at 2pm. We are thrilled to host a police officer, chef, NASA engineer and author in this show-and-tell for kids.

On March 30, join local artist Eric Kneeland of Black Stamp Studios for our Pathways to Equity Poster Printing Workshop. In honor of Women’s History Month we will create artwork celebrating dynamic women from Bay Area history. This workshop is part of a series of events to celebrate Redwood City's Racial Equity Mural "Visions of Equity."
