WRC Team Building
Congratulations to our own
Thelma Gardiner who has been accepted at Elon U in the Graduate Interactive Media Program! It is bittersweet news for WRC because she has truly been an asset on our team. Although we will certainly hope to tap into her skills in the future, we must seek another team member. Those interested should submit a resume with cover letter to:
[email protected] by 6/27/16

THANK YOU ALAMANCE COUNTY HERB FESTIVAL SUPPORTERS |
The 19th annual Herb Festival was another successful event due to your kind and generous support, raising $30,000! Gardeners from near and far are enjoying their selection of high quality annuals, perennials, heirloom tomatoes and vegetables and most of all, a wide variety of quality herbs.
A special thank you to all of our vendors; new and returning for sharing their wares as well as the faithful
Master Gardeners who were on hand to help guide purchase decisions and give expert gardening advice. We would not have been so successful without the help of our wonderful community of volunteers.
All
proceeds from the sale, support the programs and services of the Women's Resource Center in Alamance County.
For sponsorship opportunities for our 20th Herb Festival, contact the WRC Executive Director Susan Watson at
[email protected] or call (336)227-6900.
