Cholesterol / FH Patient Survey:

WomenHeart: The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease, in collaboration with The FH Foundation, is conducting this research study to better understand how many people are affected by a diagnosis of high LDL ("bad" cholesterol) or the genetic condition FH (familial hypercholesterolemia). For those affected by these conditions, we would like to explore your health habits related to diet, exercise, medication and treatment.


We hope you consider participating in this important research study to help us understand more about people who have these conditions and how they manage them.
