Self-Guided Event Runs All February
In-Person Gathering Sunday, February 6, 8:30am - 1:30pm
SEMASS NEMBA and the Friends of Wompatuck are excited to once again be hosting WinterFest at Wompatuck State Park. The month-long event features self-guided routes for mountain biking, hiking, and trail running. There will also be a groomed snow route pending snow and favorable trail conditions. In addition to the month-long event, there we will also be a one day gathering on Sunday, February 6th from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

  • Wompy WinterFest carries on no matter what the weather!
  • All routes start near Wompatuck Visitors Center (196 Union St Hingham, MA).
  • One-day event will include DIY routes (no arrows this year) as well as some led rides, hikes, and runs.
  • Free chili lunch available at Visitor Center beginning at 11 AM (until it runs out).

This isn't the groomed snowmobile trail kind of winter race. For you mountain bikers; this is a real mountain bike race on real mountain bike trails. For fat bikes this is gonna be a GREAT race to have some fun.

The Short Version: Go fast, shred the gnar, go fast, shred the gnar, go fast, say hi to Bob, go fast, climb the hill, finish.
