                                                                                                      Oct. 2, 2021
The Honorable Christopher A. Wray
Director, FBI
935 Pennsylvania Ave., NW
Washington, D.C. 20535

Dear Director Wray:

Greetings. On Sept. 16, 2021, YOU stated at the Senate Hearing on the
FBI's failure to conduct a timely investigation into the sexual abuse of
gymnasts as follows:

". . . the Supervisory Special Agent in Indianapolis ... that
individual no longer works for the FBI in any capacity
… people who engage in that kind of gross misconduct have
no place in the FBI …”

I support your statement 100%. Hence, I write to request that you fire agent Kujtim Sadiku, who committed gross misconduct and injustice against Prof. Anming Hu, in U. S. v. Anming Hu, case no. 3:20-CR-00021.

Agent Kujtim Sadiku intentionally incriminated Prof. Anming Hu, using
techniques practiced by KGB agents in the former Soviet Union. Here are
exact quotes from a Knox News article about the intentional wrongful acts of Kujtim Sadiku.

"FBI Agent Kujtim Sadiku admitted last week in an ongoing trial in Knoxville that federal agents:

  •    Falsely accused former UTK associate professor Dr. Anming Hu of
            being a Chinese spy.
  •    Falsely implicated him as an operative for the Chinese military in
            meetings with Hu’s bosses.
  •    Used false information to put Hu on the federal no-fly list.
  •    Spurred U.S. customs agents to seize Hu’s computer and phone and
spread word throughout the international research community that HU
            was poison.
  •    Used false information to justify putting a team of agents to spy on Hu
and his son, a freshman at UTK, for nearly two years.
  •    Used false information to press Hu to become a spy for the U.S.
            government.

In spite of such outrageous misdeeds, Prof. Hu was subsequently completely acquitted. However, Prof. Hu and his entire family continue to suffer deeply. He is still without a job, owing to the lies of FBI agent Kujtim Sadiku. In addition, the integrity of the FBI & the American core value of presumed innocence until proven guilty were violated by Kujtim Sadiku

We, therefore, look to you to fire Kujtim Sadiku and other bad apples of
his type so that gross injustice like those befallen on Sherry Chen (2012), Xiaoxing Xi (2015) and Anming Hu (2020) will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.  You promised the gymnast community that the FBI's gross misconduct towards them, "this devastating tragedy," "is never repeated." Are the 5 million Chinese Americans just as worthy of a similar promise by you?

There are talks in the Chinese-American community suggesting that the FBI intentionally stimulated the wrongful arrests and persecutions, specified in the above paragraph. The purpose is to create a chilling effect on every person of Chinese origin residing in the U.S. However, I personally don’t believe that you, a person of high intellect and integrity, would commit such a totalitarian
practice in total violation of an American core value - human rights!

Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Please fire Kujtim Sadiku & promise us that such devastating misdeeds by FBI agents will never happen to us again.

Sincerely yours,
