Woodbridge's 3rd Annual Touch-A-Truck

Cal-Waste had a frightfully fun time joining the community at the Woodbridge Inn’s 3rd Annual Touch-A-Truck! Our very own driver Ryan proudly presented a brand-new rear-loader, giving kids and families a close-up look at how our trucks work to keep neighborhoods clean.

Guests were amazed watching the truck in action and loved spinning our Halloween-themed Recycling Wheel for a chance to test their recycling knowledge — and win candy!

It was a fantastic evening full of excitement, learning, and sweet treats. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to celebrate the spooky season with us!

Cal-Waste Supports the WOW museum in Lodi

Cal-Waste is proud to sponsor the World of Wonders Science Museum in Lodi — an incredible place where curiosity and creativity come to life for children and families. The museum inspires young minds through hands-on exhibits, experiments, and STEM learning experiences that make science fun and accessible for all.

We’re honored to help support educational opportunities that spark imagination and innovation right here in our local community.

Cal-Waste Supports Omega Nu's Annual Holiday Home Tour

Cal-Waste is proud to support the Omega Nu Lodi Chapter and their annual Holiday Home Tour taking place on Saturday, December 7. This cherished local tradition brings the community together to celebrate the season while raising funds to benefit those in need throughout Lodi.

Each year, guests enjoy touring beautifully decorated homes and embracing the holiday spirit — all for a great cause. We’re honored to stand behind an organization that continues to make such a positive difference in our community.

How to Properly Dispose of Holiday Candles

Holiday candles make our homes cozy, but knowing how to dispose of them correctly is important.

Electronic candles cannot be recycled. Remove the batteries and place them in hazardous waste, then dispose of the candle in E-Waste.

Traditional wax candles and scented candles in glass jars also cannot be recycled or composted. Any leftover wax means they go in the trash.

Wishing you a warm and joyful holiday season. ✨💚
