Winter programs are underway, but there is still time to join in many of our programs! Register EARLY so that we can avoid cancelling programs. We do have minimum participant requirements from our instructors, so please register as soon as you can! We are happy to offer several programs for people of all ages and abilities! For little ones our Dance Programs and My Grown Up and Me offer a fun way to meet new people, learn new skills and burn some energy!
For elementary, middle and high school students we have programs to keep your fitness levels up like: Horse Riding, Volleyball, Jiu Jitsu, Yoga After School, OPEN Gym Basketball for High School, Cardio Kick Boxing, Cardio Muscle Mix, as well as STEAM, Science and Art, Violin and Viola lessons, and more.
For adults we have Drop In Volleyball and Men's Basketball, Badminton, Cardio Muscle Mix, Pilates Mat, Yoga, Cardio Kick Boxing, and ZUMBA!

FOOD EXPLORERS
ONE DAY April Vacation Day Camp!

Join Food Explorers for a day camp! You'll learn how to make three recipes: a morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack. While you're cooking, you'll learn all about food from a Registered Dietitian, and test your food knowledge with a game of Nutrition Jeopardy, taste tests, and other fun activities.
All recipes will be nut free, but may contain dairy. All materials are provided.

Cub Scout Pack 54 invites the community to come join them for an evening of singing, dancing, and music making! Attendees will be engaged in percussive instrument play, movement games and sing their favortie songs as facilitated by board certified music therapist, Kelsy Moules. There will be a craft table to make your own instrument to take home!
