EVALUATIONS
Grades 1-2 DO NOT have evaluations. Teams will be formed the night of the first practice (see below). Please wait until rosters are loaded in the app for team name assignments.
COACH INFORMATION
Alodia coaches will be leading practices and games. NO volunteer coaches will be needed this season.
LOCATION INFORMATION
All practices will be held at:
Creekside Park Junior High

Games will be played at Creekside Park Junior High or Woodlands/Klein area schools.
PRACTICES
First practice and team formation: Tuesday, March 7th from 6:00-7:00 pm
All following practices are Tuesday from 6:00-7:00 pm: *Skip Tuesday, March 14 due to Spring Break, March 21, March 28, April 4, 11 (5 total practices).
Each player needs to bring a basketball with your child’s name on it to practice. Basketball size is a junior or youth basketball: 27-inch basketball.
Basketball shoes are preferred but please make sure the children wear shoes that do not leave marks on the gym floor.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS TRAINING
For those signed up for the combo program of skills training in addition to the league, the first skills training begins on Wednesday, March 8th from 6-7 pm.
Additional skills training dates are Wednesdays: *Skip March 15 due to Spring Break, March 22, March 29, April 5, April 12 (5 sessions total).
We have space in additional skills led by our Alodia coaches - please email wcbl@alodiaconsulting.com if you'd like to join for the combo price!
GAME SCHEDULES
Full game schedules will be posted on the website in document form and first week games will be posted in the app by 10 pm on Tuesday, March 7th.
The full schedule will be loaded in the app by Friday evening, March 10th.
The season consists of 6 games total with 5 on Saturdays and 1 on a Thursday or Friday.
First game: Saturday, March 11th
Additional Saturday games: *Skip March 18 due to Spring Break, March 25, April 1, 8, 15
Weeknight game: TBD (refer to game schedule when posted)
Games will be played at Creekside Park Junior High or Woodlands/Klein area schools.
UNIFORMS
Reversible jerseys will be distributed 30 minutes before your first game. Please arrive 30-45 minutes before your first game.
Home team wears the lighter color, and visiting team wears the darker color.
ON-SITE ISSUES
Any issues should be worked with Alodia supervisors on-site as they occur. It’s more difficult to resolve issues after the fact, than in the moment. If it cannot be resolved, we will have an incident report form that can be completed, and I will review if needed. Hopefully, we don’t have to use the process but there is one in place just in case.
FACILITIES
Creekside Park Junior High and other area facilities are arguably some of the nicest gym facilities in the city. Please help us keep it clean and looking great! General rule...leave the gyms nicer than when you arrived. Please help us with picking up trash, throwing it away and cleaning up. We are always one bad mess away from having to move locations. We appreciate your help!
