The Bright School Picnic is Friday
The annual Bright School Picnic is this Friday. Everyone meets at Cross Creek Farm in Ringgold, Georgia, between 8:30 and 9 a.m. The events begin at 9 a.m. with the singing of the National Anthem.

Bring chairs, blankets and cold water, if you like. Lunch will be served after the races.

Tickets are complimentary for fifth graders and their families. Otherwise, it is $5 a person. Please see this information sheet with directions, more details and the payment form.

Mrs. Davis Offers Summer Art Workshops
Art teacher Thankful Davis is offering two workshops this summer for students.

Color and Movement is available for rising kindergarten-second grades. It is June 3-7 from 9 a.m. to noon.

Design and Discovery is available for rising third through fifth grades. It is June 3-7 from 1-4 p.m.

The cost for each workshop is $125 with a maximum of 12 students.

Yearbooks are $35 each. They will be available for pick up for rising grades PK-4 at next year's Registration Day. Current fifth graders will receive their yearbooks at a special gathering in the fall.
