  • If your child does not immediately come out when called during the afternoon car line, please pull up to the orange cones past the columns and wait. Pull up to the farthest cone to keep space open for vehicles exiting the car line.
Be a PA Volunteer
Here is your chance to participate in the Parents' Association for the 2021-22 school year. There are many ways for you to contribute your energy, talents and interests.

Download this form that includes all the descriptions of the chairs and committee roles. Return the sign-up form to Kim Brown in the office by 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23. Questions? Contact Kim Brown at [email protected].
Bring Reusable Lunch Bags
Every day, Bright School uses more than 250 plastic bags at lunch. Students in grades 1-5 use the bags to transport their lunches to the classroom. Some of our students have asked how we can reduce the use of this plastic, and we have an option!

Starting now through the end of the school year, students may bring in a reusable bag or or paper bag to use at lunch each day. This will allow them to recycle the bags in your pantry without using a new one. Of course, if they forget, we will always have bags on hand. This is optional, but it is one way our students can have a tangible impact on the environment. Thanks for recycling!
Order Yearbooks in March
March is the month to order your 2020-21 yearbook. These yearbooks will be distributed to families in August. Yearbooks are $35 each. Every student is in the yearbook! Orders may only be placed online through Walsworth.
Click below to order yours now! When you get to the Walsworth page, click on the big yellow box that says 2020-21. In the order information, put your child's current grade. For JPK and PK, select Preschool, and then add the grade (JPK or PK) in the box with the teacher's name. You should receive a confirmation email for your order from [email protected]. If you have any questions, please contact Elizabeth Davis at [email protected].
Read a Million Minutes!
Keep reading! Our students love to read in their classrooms and at home, and many families are sending in their reading minutes, too.
