The class that has the most students in attendance will win a cupcake party with the Mathnasium mascot, Mr. A+! This is a fun event for all!

Is your child coming to Bright Afternoons on March 22?
DATE AND TIME
03/22/19 11:30am - 03/22/19 6:00pm

Yes, my child(ren) will be there.
Grandparents' Day Invitations
Students may invite grandparents and/or special friends to attend this year's event on May 3. The Parents' Association sent home forms for you to provide us with the names of people and their addresses for invitations. These forms are due back to the office by March 22. If you did not receive a form, download one here.

Grandparents' and Special Friends' Day is very popular. Please be advised that the fire marshal has asked us to enforce the seating capacity in the Centennial Theater, where the main program will take place. Only grandparents and special friends may sit in the theater. Parents and other guests will be asked to sit in the library and watch a live stream of the program. Open House on May 2 is the event for parents to attend. We know both events will be fun for the students and their families, and we appreciate your cooperation as we try to accommodate a large number of people.
Do Not Block Driveway on McDade Lane
This is a reminder for those dropping off in the morning and picking up in the afternoon -- Please do not block the driveway of the first house on McDade Lane. The residents often are coming in or leaving in the morning and afternoons. If there is a grandparent, babysitter, or someone new to picking up, please pass along this information. Thank you!
Parking Information for Track Meets
Track meets will be held at Bright on April 1, 8, 15 and 23. April 29 will be a rain date if necessary. Due to these meets, our Bright Afternoons pick-up routine will change. Please reference the photo below for the flow of traffic. When you enter the school parking lot, please have your  green name sign visible on your dashboard  and ready to inform our Bright School parking attendants that you will need to pick up from Bright Afternoons. Proceed to the front of the concourse area to pick up your child. Our Bright Afternoons staff will call for your child and bring the tablet to your car for you to enter your parent code. There will be no parking available on campus during the track meet, so plan to stay in the car as you drive up. If you are attending the track meet, please park at Stuart Heights Baptist Church and ride the shuttle to campus.
Wear Bright World Shirts on Friday
Students may wear Bright World shirts with uniform bottoms on March 22, April 5 and April 12.

Plan now to attend Bright World Night on April 12 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the gym. More details coming after spring break.
