How to Get Involved and Join the Various Workgroups of This Effort

Mission of this effort: To address the impact of HR1 and State policy changes & funding cuts on the Worcester community, with a priority on the most vulnerable of our residents.



Worcester Together Community Response Meetings:

We Meet Collectively IN PERSON on the first Thursday of Each Month, and alternatively, on the Worcester Together Virtual meetings on Thursday mornings from 8:30-10:00am. All Are Welcome!


In depth work takes place in the Working Groups- See the crisis response / 'bucket' groups below or one of the MANY, ongoing groups that have been meeting (see below).


The Governance Council of the City of Worcester will serve as a High Level Response Team to this work.

There are 4 Crisis Response / 'Bucket' Groups for Crisis Response:

Food, Housing, Wellness, New Arrivals and Data. These target some areas of community need that are being immediately impacted by the state and federal cuts and policy changes. Folks from all the groups are encouraged to come in and out of these to obtain and share important information for different affected populations. ALL ARE WELCOME!
