Hey Alumni! Benefits Data Trust (BDT) is seeking both English and Spanish speaking applicants for their remote Benefits Outreach Specialists position. BDT is looking to hire individuals with a commitment to serve others and a love for problem solving.

Overview

Benefits Data Trust is seeking both English and Spanish Benefits Outreach Specialist (BOS) to provide a public benefits education and applications assistance to low-income individuals.     Due to the remote aspect of the position, proficient computer skills are required. You should be comfortable navigating technology and able to focus on a computer screen for long periods of time.

Qualifications

High school diploma   A drive to serve others   Proficient computer skills   Excellent customer service  Time-management skills   Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Pay and Available Shifts

Last, but certainly not least, they offer a starting salary of $17/hr, a comprehensive health benefits package including medical, vision, and dental coverage, and a 401K with a 2% employer match. The benefit package also includes 16 paid time off (PTO) days per year, which is prorated to your start date, in addition to 9 company paid holidays.
