The Land Trust's ninth 1% Wednesday Industry Grouping highlights our dedicated Pennies for Preservation activity and wellness partners. In addition to providing spaces to exercise and restore our minds and bodies, these businesses -- both of which are locally owned! -- are helping to preserve and protect more than 70 acres of maritime forest and important habitat at Oatland North on the north-end of St. Simons Island.
Our Pennies for Preservation ACTIVITY AND WELLNESS partners include:

EAST BEACH YOGA
East Beach Yoga is a boutique studio located on Ocean Boulevard in the heart of East Beach. Studio owner Traci Jo Lee believes that "every body has a right to live well and feel good."

FYI -- this is no ordinary fitness studio!
As a Lululemon Authorized Retailer, East Beach Yoga offers the finest seasonal styles and everyone's favorite core pieces and training gear.

Most importantly, the practice at East Beach is powerful and unique, combining movement and mindfulness to increase one's personal fitness and flexibility. Good things come to those who sweat, that’s why they offer a variety of classes including Yoga, Barre, Step, Feng Shui Fitness, Camps for Kids, and more. They also offer online, in-studio, on-the-beach, public, and private classes. No matter which instruction you choose, East Beach Yoga will teach you to live bigger and brighter and breathe deeper.
You are also now able to order fresh European style baked goods at East Beach Yoga’s Flower/Flour. Flower/Four is a new partnership with Chef Nana Hammond, owner of Jax Bread Co and graduate of The International Culinary Center (the formerly known French Culinary Institute).

The rustic and flavorful breads and pastries are made with unbleached/unbromated flour, no added preservatives or additives and are available via pre-order here.

"It is important to me to partner with organizations that preserve and protect our great outdoors. The preservation of greenspace on St. Simons Island is what drew me to SSLT, and I am happy that I can give our customers a way to support this as well."
