Workday Is Live!

We are excited to announce Workday is here and ready for setup!


All employees will need to set up their Workday accounts in order to view paychecks, request time off, clock in/out and more.


Please find instructions below to get started:



  1. Visit the Okta homepage at this link
  2. Click the Workday tile (example pictured below right) which will automatically log you in through Okta.
  3. Navigate to your personal profile page to review your information. Tasks will also be sent to Workday inboxes for you to complete shortly following our launch.
  4. Verify your name, email, address, taxes and bank account information.
  5. Save any changes to your profile.


Please complete setup by Friday, October 4 to ensure paychecks, time entries and other important information is accurate.

Download the Workday App

If you'd like to download the Workday App to your mobile devices, please scan the QR code and follow the below prompts.


  1. Scan the QR code for iOS and Android users or click here.
  2. Once the app has downloaded, click "Log In."
  3. Press "Connect" to verify your organization (our organization ID is oldcastleapg).
  4. Okta will automatically sign you into your account.
