Steps to Apply

Getting the Workforce Support Grant is a two-step process.

Step one: Send in your spreadsheet to CECPD. What do we need? Your License Number and the Registry ID - First Name - Last Name - SSN - Email address for you and each of your staff. You can find details on the spreadsheet later in this email.

Step two: Apply for the grant at the OKDHS website.

Note: Spreadsheets and Grant applications must come from the Center Directors/Owners and the Family Child Care Home Owner.

Step One - Submit your spreadsheet

If you have already sent your spreadsheet, please do not send it again. The Center for Early Childhood Professional Development (CECPD) is assisting with this project. CECPD needs your help in collecting the information needed to process your payment.

When you click here, a spreadsheet will open . It asks for specific information that is needed for each of your staff. This information is required to process the Bonus.

Your first decision is determining how you want to return the spreadsheet to CECPD. Here are the choices:

· Return the spreadsheet by email

· Return the spreadsheet by fax

Step Two - Apply for the Workforce Support Grant

All staff MUST have a registry ID to receive a one-time bonus payment. OKDHS will work with the CECPD to ensure payments go directly to the child care staff. All the required qualifications and information will be listed on the OKDHS grants website.
