What's a Roustabout?

The Roustabout position is an entry-level role in the oil and gas industry. Roustabouts perform manual labor needed to support daily operations. This could include loading/unloading supplies or equipment, handling tools, laying or assembling pipes, performing facility maintenance, and more.
