As PLM has been carefully monitoring the weather forecast, reports have been for icing and a dusting of snow... but here we are looking at plow-able conditions! We have been scrambling since yesterday afternoon to mobilize our teams and subs. Snow started stacking up by 6:00 pm, even as no forecast for plow-able conditions existed for West or South Portland Metro areas. We are doing all we can, even as traffic snarls impact our ability to move around the city. We'll be working non-stop until sites are cleared, however, with temperatures remaining below freezing until Saturday, it is likely to take several days. |
