Clinic Manager/RN

Position Summary:



 The Clinic Manager/RN is responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow and smooth clinic operations. This role provides direct supervision to the clinic’s nursing staff and patient advocates while overseeing budget management, staffing productivity, and supply and medication ordering. The Clinic Manager also implements tools and processes that support high-quality, efficient care. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Clinic Manager actively assists with patient care as needed, including rooming patients and providing patient education.

What You’ll Be Doing



- Owning your territory – walk 3–5 miles daily connecting with homeowners

- Knocking doors and closing deals – work in the field from 2 PM to 7 PM

- Representing Clearwave Fiber with confidence, energy, and integrity

- Educating customers about our ultra-fast fiber internet and helping them make informed decisions

- Supporting local growth – participate in community events and weekend outreach (one Saturday per month).
