Donna Johnson has trained treatment professionals for more than 25 years and is the CEO of Clare Matrix Training Institute. She is the author of The Matrix Model for Criminal Justice and has worked with programs across the United States and internationally.

Donna has appeared on CNN, CBS, ABC, PBS, and Fox News discussing behavioral health and criminal justice issues. She has also served on Georgia’s Governor’s Council for Mental Health and Substance Abuse and provided courses for UCLA Medical School and UCLA Health.
