Gladstone Residents Shape their Community's Future

Earlier this month, residents of Gladstone, Missouri presented to city council - Gladstone: Shaping Our Future. With facilitation and support from NCL, this resident-led effort is more than just another visioning exercise - it's a strategic plan with specific, feasible actions and a clear framework for how residents will partner with the city to strengthen the community. All-America Conversations Toolkit Launches Jan. 30th

All-America Conversations are designed to help cities and other groups understand residents' aspirations for the community, the divisions facing the community and, how we can get started working across dividing lines. On January 30th, NCL will release the All-America Conversations toolkit to support local community efforts to engage residents.
