As you know, Worknest has been our trusted partner for HR & Safety support in the UK. They provide top-quality resources and support for hiring, compliance, and safety.
While we continue to trust in Worknest as a resource for our franchise community, we’ve recently decided to align the Little Kickers x Worknest relationship with the support commitments outlined in Little Kickers Franchise Agreements – whereas each participating franchise would have their own contracted agreement with Worknest, as opposed to the Franchise Support Team (FST) maintaining a contract at the franchisor level.
Little Kickers’ franchise agreements dictate that each franchise business is responsible at their expense to “maintain, conduct and operate your Franchise in compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws, regulations…” or “comply with all statues, by-laws, regulations and requirements” (see “Operations Standards and Requirements, 5.1.” or “Your Obligations, 7.64” for older agreements).
With this change, franchisees will have the opportunity to:
- Continue receiving the Worknest support they receive today via contract at highly competitive and negotiated rates.
- Use another HR vendor of their choice.
- Hire for their needs internally at their own expense.
The FST has and will continue to stay involved only to identify and build partnerships with HR vendors, and to leverage our network in determining rates and support for Little Kickers franchises.
This transition ensures that our UK franchises continue to receive high-quality HR support and allows the FST to provide access to quality HR support across our entire franchise community.
