Workout 32789 will be holding a friendly competition benefiting Canine Companion for Independenceā¢. Canine Companions for Independence is a nonprofit organization that breeds and trains service dogs to enhance the lives of people with disabilities. It costs more then $50,000 for each dog but they are given to the recipient FREE. Your support of the Workout 32789 Circuit Breaker Challenge will help Canine Companions provide more exceptional dogs for exceptional people.
Participants leave from Workout 32789, walking or running through Hannibal Square and Park Avenue, stopping along the way at our merchant sponsors. Each merchant will give you a set of exercises to perform at each stop. For example, 20 jumping jacks outside your first stop and then run to the next stop. The Circuit Breaker Challenge is a fun workout for all ages and all fitness levels while at the same time raising money to benefit an important program in our community.
Participants will receive a FREE event t-shirt and a great workout as well! All we require is a $25 donation to Canine Companions for Independence, which is a non-profit organization.
Prizes will be rewarded to the Top 3 participants in each division:

Team: Female team, Male team, & Co-Ed team (Each team 2-3 person team.)
