We are TWO DAYS away from the September 22 launch of our partnership with Workpartners, the Commonwealth’s new absence and leave management administrator.  

Workpartners Contact Information

Starting September 22, for any shift that begins on or after 6am that morning and moving forward, contact Workpartners to request or discuss a family or medical leave, or to report a sick absence or scheduled medical appointment.

 

For day-to-day sick absences and to request leaves, you must call Workpartners:

NOTE: From September 22 – December 3, to report leaves and absences please contact Workpartners AND your supervisor as we transition into the new system. 

Additionally, the Consumer Portal, the online platform for requesting continuous or intermittent leave will be LIVE on September 22. A registration link will be provided in your launch email on Thursday.  You may utilize the Workpartners Consumer Portal after Go-Live to request a new continuous or intermittent leave. Note: The portal cannot be used for day-to-day sick absence reporting at this time, but stay tuned for details on when that feature will be released.
