Today is Election Day – are you like me, and glad that election season is almost over? The good news is that DRMA has a robust government relations program to ensure the impact on manufacturing is top of mind when elected officials are considering policies that impact your business. We also host numerous meetings with elected officials to build relationships and ensure they understand the importance of manufacturing to the region’s economic impact. This program is just another intangible benefit you get as a DRMA member.

Results of the 2026 Wage and Benefit Survey are in! The survey report helps you benchmark the value of your jobs and your benefits plan. Current trends for compensation are covered, as are topics including employee benefits, work schedules and retention strategies. Results are free to those who participated. For details on how to purchase the survey report and more, contact Shay.
