Thank you for exhibiting at World ATM Congress and welcome to the first Exhibitor Flash of 2018. Through these e-newsletters, we will share event information and upcoming deadlines, as well as suggestions and best practices to make your experience with us as successful and valuable as possible.

Reminder: We Have Moved to a New Hall!

Don't worry, it's not far! World ATM Congress 2018 and 2019 will be located in Hall 10, right across for our normal location in Hall 9. This means that we will be renting the A.10 meeting rooms as well.

Deadline Approaching! Update your Marketing Profile by 19 January.

Log-in to the Exhibitor Zone and update your online marketing information. This information is used for marketing online and provides the content for your listing in the printed Congress Guide distributed on-site to all attendees. After 19 January, we cannot guarantee that your information will make it into the printed Congress Guide.

EXHIBITOR ZONE

New Theater on Exhibit Hall Floor

Along with this year’s Nokia ATM Theatre, Frequentis Aviation Arena, Aireon Spotlight Stage, and the Conference Theatre, we have added the FABEC Ops Theatre in the Exhibition Hall. This new theatre is focused on operations-specific programming. The Tower Theatre will also be full of presentations this year and will be held in North Convention Center room N101. DO YOUR HOMEWORK...

Make your stand successful before you even walk in the door.

We want you to arrive at World ATM Congress with a plan for success. Below are tips to help maximize your success at WATMC 2018.

Email your existing clients and let them know you are attending World ATM Congress. Ask your partners if they have any suggested contacts for you.

Add a World ATM Congress banner to your email signature line or website and promote your participation. Banners can be downloaded HERE.

Review the Exhibitor List on the World ATM Congress website. Want to make an appointment with anyone? Contact them now - before the event.

Prepare business cards for your entire stand staff to have on-hand at the event.

Sponsor or advertise. This will increase your organisation’s visibility and presence on-site and in the event publications.

Invite current or potential business contacts from the EU, China, UAE, Japan, and the US. These countries send buyers and interested personnel to World ATM Congress.

Collect visitors’ business cards at your stand and prepare an email to distribute to them at the end of each day. Thank them for visiting and plan a time to meet again on-site or in the coming months. If needed, rent a scanner for lead retrieval on-site.

Know your company's “elevator speech” — a quick description of your mission and the services you offer. If all team members are prepared, you will retain more visitors at your stand, especially when several visit at once.

Rethink your printed materials. These should be concise and direct. Make sure they will capture the attention of passersby.

This is a well-informed group of attendees. Many have a plan when visiting the Exhibition Hall; make sure you have one too!

Reserve your Early Move-In on Friday, 2 March.

The maximum number of exhibitors we can accommodate for the early move-in is 30 stands. Deadline for application and payment for early move-in is Sunday, 25 February, or when we reach 30 stands, whichever comes first.

More than 15 exhibitors have signed up already, and we expect to reach the 30-stand limit so we recommend you reserve your space as soon as possible. If you are interested in early move-in, please complete Form 22 in the World ATM Congress Exhibitor Zone (under Optional Forms) and send to us with payment ASAP. Once we have reached the limit of 30 stands, no other applications will be accepted.

Please note, move in begins at 11.00 on Friday, 2 March. Access is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The later your application is received, the later your start time may be. Later applications may not get access until as late as 15:00.
