Partner Ticket Program
Commercial exhibitors or one-star sponsors of World Dairy Expo are encouraged to participate in our Partner Ticket Program, which allows companies to distribute WDE daily admission tickets to their customers/partners at a discounted rate.
Companies have two options to participate in this program - sharing coupon codes redeemable for a ticket or working with our contracted third-party company to order custom-printed paper admission tickets.

Help World Dairy Expo help you grow your business! International Attendees want to know which companies are exporting and to where. Participating companies can fill out the export section on your WDE Exhibitor Page to be included in a WDE Export Directory. This free resource will be available in print on-site to over 2,000 international attendees and online.

Participate in Food Export's Buyer Mission at WDE!
Food Export-Midwest is hosting a Value-Added Feed Ingredients Buyers Mission at the 2025 World Dairy Expo. You’ll meet with pre-qualified buyers from around the world in pre-arranged, one-on-one meetings, generate new sales leads, and build relationships with key industry players! It’s the perfect low-cost opportunity to meet qualified buyers from around the world in one place!
Food Export is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping U.S. companies start or increase their international sales. One of the ways they assist is by reimbursing 50% of the booth related expenses for World Dairy Expo, provided your products contain greater than 50% U.S. grown Agricultural content by weight. This financial support is through Food Export’s Branded Program.

We have recently been notified that World Dairy Expo exhibitors and attendees are receiving calls and/or emails from companies claiming to be an agent of, or associated with, World Dairy Expo and offering mailing lists or discounted hotel room rates, among other things. Please note that we have no relationship with any third-party company selling email lists or assisting with booking hotel rooms on our behalf, nor is World Dairy Expo providing your information to these parties.
Each year, events like World Dairy Expo are targeted by scammers due to their popularity.
