We at World Exchange are always focused on providing our customers with exemplary service. As you may know, we last adjusted our pricing about five years ago. Rising costs, as well as the complexity of the Customs transactions we file, have made it necessary for some modest price adjustments. Beginning May 1, 2023, our invoices will be billed according to the attached rate sheet.
Also, due to rising interest rates and the increased cost of money, we are no longer able to waive the Customs Disbursement Fee for customers who pay us before the entry summary. Any of our customers who wish to avoid paying the disbursement fee can do so by paying the duty directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection through ACH. We are available to assist any importers with setting up ACH payments of duty to Customs directly.
