The world’s greatest aviation celebration starts next week! EAA Oshkosh AirVenture is the place for all things aviation for seven days starting on Monday! Whether you're a current builder or owner, or just looking at starting on your own project, there is always something for Zenith Aircraft builders at Oshkosh! As usual, we have many activities during the week. Watch the Oshkosh 2019 preview video from Zenith Aircraft's Sebastien Heintz and Roger Dubbert as they go flying to discuss the upcoming airshow.
Visit the Zenith booth (#610 & 611) in the all-new Homebuilt / North Aircraft Display area to see the Zenith planes and meet the staff. Our traditional exhibit location has moved a little to the south on the other side of the Aeroplane Hangar where we will once again host daily hands-on demonstrations.
Start building your own aircraft at Oshkosh? There are daily Zenith kit assembly demonstrations in the workshop at the EAA AeroPlane Workshop hangar (right next to the Zenith display) and you can even start to build your own Zenith rudder there during the AirVenture week. Availability is very limited but call us if interested.
If you're already a Zenith builder come by and volunteer some time during the week demonstrating basic kit assembly and sharing your experiences with potential new builders!
You won't want to miss the Zenith banquet at Oshkosh for and about Zenith builders, owners and enthusiasts!  The annual banquet will once again be held at the Elks Lodge in Oshkosh on Thursday, July 25th. The bar will open at 5:30 and dinner starts at 7:00 pm. Tickets are available for $20 per person at the door. Lots of door prizes!
Zenith president Sebastien Heintz has the following educational forums scheduled. Plan to attend to learn more about building and flying your own Zenith aircraft:
Able Flight Wounded veteran Lt. Colonel Daniel Gade (U.S. Army-retired) learned to fly in this adapted Zenith CH 750 earlier this year and is now a licensed pilot thanks to his hard work and an Able Flight Scholarship . Come and see Daniel receive his pilot's wings at EAA Oshkosh AirVenture on Tuesday July 23rd at 10:00 am.
ZenithAir Camper project
In response to popular demand we're returning to Oshkosh with the ZenithAir camper prototype! This is an easy-to-build DIY compact camper, made with CNC cut and match drilled aluminum parts.
Oshkosh Arrival Watch and listen in as Roger Dubbert flies the approach to EAA Oshkosh AirVenture 2018 in the Zenith STOL CH 750 Super Duty sport utility kit aircraft, landing on the Yellow Dot on runway 36L. Check out the amazing UnPanel glass panel display system in the Super Duty prototype aircraft.
One Week Wonder Anyone remember Oshkosh 2014? More than 2,500 visitors participated in building the One Week Wonder aircraft, a Zenith CH 750 Cruzer built in just seven days from the kit and powered by a 100-hp Rotax 912iS. Watch the timelapse video!

Zenith Aircraft Number One!
In case you missed it, earlier this year it was reported that Zenith Aircraft is the number one light sport aircraft brand *, with hundreds, even thousands, of Zenith kit airplane projects being completed in basements and garages by do-it-yourself (DIY) builders across the country.
* Based on U.S. registrations, compiled from FAA data over numerous years , as tabulated by Dan Johnson of ByDanJohnson.com : "Looking at cumulative registrations, Zenith/Zenair clearly holds the top spot among Sport Pilot kit aircraft sellers."
Zenith Aircraft all-metal light aircraft designs are available in complete kit form, including Quick Build Kits, that are easy and fast to build, even for first time builders, requiring just simple skills and tools. Builders can also choose to "scratch-build" their own aircraft from blueprints (drawings), or from component "buy-as-you-build" component kits. A wide variety of engines can be installed, from Continental and Lycoming to Rotax, Jabiru and UL Power. Popular alternative engines include automotive conversions such as Corvair and Honda (Viking) conversions. Full custom avionics panels include the UnPanel display, as well as Garmin and Dynon glass panel displays, or just a basic instrument panel with simple steam gauges.
While we continue to keep our prices as affordable as possible, we continue to invest in 3D solid model design and production technology with the use of CNC equipment in kit production. This has allowed for more advanced (and easier to build) kits, improved delivery schedules, and has allowed us to keep all production of the kits in North America.
All Zenith Aircraft builders and pilots also have full access to lifetime technical support directly from the factory, from the same people who design and build the kits!
Compare the value and quality of Zenith Aircraft kits to the competition for completeness, pre-manufactured parts and components, standard equipment, low build time, simplicity of construction and required skills and tools, as well as price!
Build It. Fly It!
Building your very own aircraft is easier than ever : Get a head start by attending a Zenith Aircraft hands-on workshop at the kit manufacturing factory in Mexico, Missouri , and learn all about the skills and tools needed to build your own. Plan now to join us at an upcoming workshop:
(limited availability - call now )
(Right before the Zenith Open Hangar Days)
Zenith Aircraft Company's factory workshops are popular with sport aviation enthusiasts, giving them the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in building their own Zenith Aircraft kit plane. Participants get to actually start assembling kit parts under the direction and guidance of factory professionals, and "graduate" from the workshop upon completing construction of their own aircraft rudder tail section for one of Zenith Aircraft Company's popular kit aircraft designs, including the high-wing Zenith CH 750 series or the sleek low-wing Zenith CH 650 cruiser .
The factory workshop make an excellent getaway for you and your spouse or a friend! Spend a couple of days at the Zenith Aircraft factory and meet with fellow aviation enthusiasts - all while gaining valuable hands-on building skills.
And don't forget: A demo flight is part of the factory workshop experience in a Zenith factory demo airplane!
Plan now to join us for the Zenith Homecoming at the kit aircraft factory in Mexico, Missouri. The 28th annual event is a fun and informal gathering of Zenith builders, owners, flyers and enthusiasts, with educational sessions of interest to all. Starting on Friday we'll host seminars and workshops, with the Zenith banquet dinner on Friday evening. Saturday activities include a "Zenith Aircraft Show" and BBQ!
Note that the Zenith Aircraft factory in Mexico, Missouri, will remain open next week during EAA Oshkosh AirVenture (with limited technical support available).
Zenair Ltd . (in Midland, Ontario) will be closed from Saturday, July 20 to August 6 for its annual factory shut-down, and will re-open Tuesday, August 6 .
