Call Committee for Associate Pastor
Now that Pastor Brian has become the Senior Pastor at Our Saviour's, we will be starting the call process for a new Associate Pastor! We will defining the role of Associate Pastor, through the visioning work we will be doing this summer. The next step in the process will be to form a Call Committee by the end of August, and have the Call Process start in September.

If you are interested in serving on the call committee, we ask that you provide a brief statement about yourself. In accordance with ELCA guidance, we aim to select individuals who will create a diverse group representing all our members. So, if interested in serving, please tell us which service you primarily attend, how long you have been a member of Our Saviour's, which ministries you may be associated with, and anything else you feel is worth sharing. Serving on a call committee requires substantial time commitments, but many find it very spiritually rewarding. We will be accepting names for consideration for the Call Committee through July 31. Please send your statements to callcommittee@oursaviours.com.
Visioning at Our Saviour's
Our Saviour's has invited former Bishop Wayne Miller to engage with the leadership of Our Saviour's this fall in a process of reimagining the strategic mission and ministry priorities of the congregation.

Bishop Miller has designed a model consisting of 3 retreats, 4 sermons at all services, and 3 months of leadership coaching.

Our Saviour's has also invited him to help design and implement a congregational stewardship emphasis that is connected to Our Saviour's celebration of the removal of debt, titled "Year of Jubilee".

We are excited to share that former Bishop Miller's leadership consultation will begin in July and we will begin to implement congregational communication and involvement this fall!
