Intergenerational Event! 
 
Following the Advent worship service on Wednesday, December 5, we invite all ages to join us in making Christmas Ornaments and decorating cookies together to enjoy.
 
Helpers Needed! Please contact Darla Goble if you can help with the intergenerational activity on December 5.   
   
Children, Youth & Family Ministry

Jr. High Lock-In (Grades 7-9)   
 
Students in grades 7-9 are welcome to join Chad & chaperones for a lock-in at the church on Friday, December 7 beginning at 7:00 pm. Anyone attending should plan to bring the following:
  • Sleeping bag
  • Pillow
  • Air mattress or pad to sleep on
  • Snack to share 
All students should be picked up at 8:00 am on Saturday, December 8. 
Childcare Volunteers Needed!   
 
We are in need of adult childcare volunteers for the nursery on Sunday mornings. Childcare volunteers are asked to be in the nursery from 9:00-11:45 am throughout the school year. Volunteers are in a rotation and work in the nursery about once a month. Please contact Darla Goble if interested.

Adult Forum -- December 9
 
Guest Speaker Burt Johnson. Burt is a lawyer for Carpenters' Union. He shared "The national debate over immigration has dominated many news, community, and dinner table discussions. But who are the undocumented workers and who is employing them? What is it like to be an undocumented worker in a dangerous industry like construction?"
