Sharing Christmas

In these seasons, we have wonderful opportunities to welcome many new people and share stories of light and hope. I trust that you'll be thoughtful, offer more invitations and clear ways to participate, and avoid insider language. Please resist any urge to joke (badly) about where they are the rest of the year. And celebrate Jesus' birth in the ways he invited others into his presence.


After Christmas Sermon


A recorded sermon, "Pondering," based on Luke 2:19 will be available later this week, along with possible music ideas and worship pieces. The sermon will be appropriate for any Sunday after Christmas.


This is a gift from our regional staff for Upper Midwest congregations and ministers. Congregations and ministers will receive an email on December 15 to access these materials.

The Christmas Special Offering directly and fully supports the ministry of our region, the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the Upper Midwest. You can support our shared ministry resourcing congregations and ministers.
