4 choices that we can make to have greater wisdom in life.

Respect _______________________________________________.

Children: Children of all ages are always welcome to attend worship service with their family. Settle also provides a nursery for ages 0-3 starting at the 9 a.m. Sunday School hour and running through the conclusion of both worship services. For children preschool-Grade 5, Settle offers Sunday School at 9 a.m. in the Education Building, and for preschool-Grade 2, we also offer children's church, where children sit with their parents at the beginning of worship and exit worship as a group after our children's message. Drop off/pickup for all children's activities are in the Education Building.

New Sermon Series Starts Sunday

Starting this Sunday, Oct. 15, we will begin a new sermon series entitled, “Just Trying to Survive.” This series will be a follow up to the series in September (“Life is an Adventure”). Here’s a look at the new series.

  • Oct. 15: We will look at the wisdom that God offers us. We will look at four ways that we can have greater wisdom for life’s decisions.
  • Oct. 22: We will focus on courage. Courage to survive in the world and all its temptations and courage to do what God needs us to do.
  • Oct. 29: We will focus on how to not give up no matter what we face in life. Life can beat you up at times, but God’s strength will see you through.

I look forward to this time of worship, and I hope you can come and be a part of it. Invite someone to come with you.

God bless,

Mark
