Dear Members of our Global Community,
Welcome! I am delighted to invite you, and would encourage you, all to join us for our 5th EMCC Global Mentoring Conference, taking place on October 28th, 2022.
As we celebrate 30 years of EMCC Global, we will bring together many speakers from our global community. This year we aim to host the most wide-ranging, representative, inclusive and exciting Global Mentoring Conference so far. The conference will begin early and end late so that we can include our global community, and all sessions will be recorded.
EMCC Global exists to develop, promote, and exceed expectations of best practice in coaching, mentoring and supervision for the benefit of society. Our goal is to be the preferred and trusted partners to anyone when it comes to our practice, everywhere in the world and this mission has been the driving force in how we have designed our conference for 2022.
We explored the current and future global issues that will shape humanity (alleviating hunger and the cost of living crisis, peace and reconstruction, political reshaping of the world, the new ways of working during the continuing pandemic, how we role model as mentors, leaders and/or parents, all the challenges linked to climate change, reshaping the future, and digital transformation) and believe that the theme below captures all of this.
This years’ theme “Bringing People Together - Reshaping the Future”
Now more than ever, we need to bring the world together. We need to reshape the future for our children and our children’s children. We need to collaborate for a sustainable future and an inclusive society.
Our programme will include a broad range of presentations on Mentoring, a panel discussion and networking sessions. Would you like to be one of our speakers? If so, I encourage you to fill in the application form and to submit it by Friday 12 August 2022. We are seeking speakers and delegates from all over the world and have extended the conference hours (earlier in the morning and a little later in the evening) to welcome mentors from the Asia-Pacific and the Americas, and across Europe, Middle-East, and Africa.
