Harold Burnham has done a terrific job stewarding the Phase I work on Ernestina-Morrissey as DCR’s Owner’s Rep. We’ll have more on Harold’s achievements later. Harold has a couple of big projects of his own and is stepping down as Owner’s Rep.

DCR has opened a public bid process for the position of Owner’s Rep for the Phase II work. 
Application can be made through COMMBUYS
The Request for Response for the Ernestina Morrissey Owners rep, and an addendum is posted there.
The bid can be accessed at the link below or simply by searching,
using bid# BD-19-1020-DCRCU-DC250-40966.

If you plan to bid you have to register on the COMMBUYS website as a vendor. The bids are due July 9

Tour Ernestina-Morrissey


Boothbay Harbor is having their annual Windjammer Days and as part of the festivities Bristol Marine’s Shipyard in Boothbay Harbor is hosting a reception and tour of Ernestina-Morrissey project on Monday. The festival runs all week. Worth a trip to Maine!
